Synopsis
Zich Moore conquered his enemies and became the Demon Lord of Strength, only to be killed by the hero Glen Zenard. Glen’s last request is strangely simple: if Zich gets another life, he should try to be kind. Zich wakes up years earlier, before becoming the Demon Lord, as the young heir of the Steelwall family. He decides to take the advice seriously, but his idea of helping people is still shaped by a lifetime of intimidation and violence. With his old strength and memories, he sets out to do good—and repeatedly discovers how hard that can be.
The joke at the center of this regression fantasy is not that Zich suddenly turns virtuous: it is that he sincerely tries, then approaches each good deed like a former tyrant. His power makes problems easier to defeat, but his warped instincts turn ordinary acts of kindness into unpredictable confrontations. The contrast between his intentions and his methods gives the action an unusually sharp comic edge.

What it feels like
Zich means to improve, but his definition of kindness often starts with terrifying the person causing trouble. That gap between good intentions and old habits explains the high comedy and action scores—and why the story is as much about changing character as changing history.
