Synopsis

Seol Jihu once possessed the Nine Eyes, a gift that helped him recognize fortunate choices. But gambling addiction ruined his finances and pushed his family and loved ones away. In Paradise, a dangerous world connected to Earth, his life ends in defeat. A goddess sends a vision of that terrible future to his earlier self, giving Seol a chance to change course. He enters Paradise again, armed with a warning of what awaits him, and must survive deadly trials, dangerous factions and enemies powerful enough to destroy the world he hopes to protect.

Seol's advantage is more complicated than remembering where the traps are. He is trying to rebuild a life he himself damaged, and Paradise gives him little room for another mistake. The combination of his Nine Eyes, survival challenges and uneasy alliances gives the action a strategic edge, while the consequences of his gambling keep the second-chance premise grounded in a specific personal failure.
