Synopsis
After his parents die and leave him a huge inheritance, an unnamed young man throws himself into Dungeon Attack, an infamously difficult online strategy game built around defeating seventy-two Demon Lords. He becomes the first player to clear the game completely, then answers a mysterious survey that suddenly sends him into its world. Instead of becoming the hero he mastered, he wakes as Dantalian, ranked 71st among the Demon Lords and considered one of the weakest. He has almost no military strength, little money, and no overwhelming combat ability. What he does have is complete knowledge of the game's routes, a talent for persuasion, and a willingness to manipulate people before they can destroy him. To survive, Dantalian turns information, negotiation and psychological warfare into weapons against humans, rival Demon Lords and the political order surrounding them.
Dungeon Defense is less interested in making its protagonist physically dominant than in watching him weaponize knowledge. Dantalian starts near the bottom of the Demon Lord hierarchy, so every advantage has to come from reading people, exploiting incentives and knowing how the game world's major events are supposed to unfold. The strongest scenes are political and psychological: deals that look harmless become traps, weak positions become leverage, and relationships are treated as pieces in a survival strategy rather than simple alliances.

What it feels like
The title should be positioned as a dark strategy fantasy, not as a standard overpowered isekai. Dantalian's appeal comes from turning weakness into leverage and making politics, economics and persuasion feel like legitimate forms of combat.
