Synopsis
Jin Suho devoted himself to becoming a monster hunter after losing his parents, but years of training have left him stuck at B Class. During an encounter with a mysterious Red Gate, he meets the spirit of the Cheonma, a legendary Murim master who claims to be his ancestor. The Cheonma offers the strength Suho needs for revenge—but he also needs Suho's body to settle his own grudge against the Blood Demon. Their deal could make Suho far stronger, provided he can survive its price.
A modern hunter story with a distinct Murim twist: the promised power-up comes from an ancestor who is just as desperate and dangerous as the enemies outside the gate. The tension between Suho's need for revenge and the Cheonma's hidden agenda gives the battles an extra edge.

What it feels like
The tempting part is not simply that Suho receives an upgrade; his teacher is an ambitious ghost who wants his body. That turns every gain in strength into a question of who is really in control.
