Synopsis
Oreum Lee is a high-school student mocked by the other players of Ergosphere Online for serving as their underpowered healer. Those same players torment him at school. What they do not know is that Oreum has secretly built a formidable second character, an Avenger. After a system glitch gives him that avatar’s powers in real life, monsters and quests from the game begin appearing around him. To protect himself and survive the upheaval, Oreum must finally use the abilities he always kept out of sight.
A bullied MMO healer finds that his powerful secret alt is more than a gaming escape. Ultra Alter uses the contrast between Oreum’s school life and his Avenger character to drive punchy monster fights, identity drama and a game-meets-reality mystery.

What it feels like
The most effective hook is the reversal of a familiar MMO humiliation: Oreum is treated as a disposable healer, yet his hidden Avenger is the character that matters. Once the game leaks into reality, his split identity becomes both his advantage and his central problem.
